Literal SCAM. It cost $ to view apartments and $110 to apply. They let me APPLY for an apartment that was not available. They told me hours later. I called and requested a refund since they didn’t even look at my application and it was denied. I loved the place but SO happy I am not dealing with an unethical company like this. Literally save your money, time, and probably a lot of hassle for anything because EVERYTHING has to go through the “manager.” No one knows the phone can help you.

I am an absentee owner. I appreciate MP’s philosophy of upgrading and maintaining my property well (unlike former manager whose attitude was do the minimum) in order to maximize rental income. They are always prompt in responding to my inquiries. Nice people! Highly recommend.

They do a good job of interviewinfg tenants and using the correct paperwork to make sue that everyting is legal. Also, M has a good accounting system and monthly reports of the property's income.

Mercer is a professional property management service that I have used over the years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Things are so much easier when they are involved. I trust their knowledge of the complex rental laws in today’s property leasing scenario. They handle the accounting of expenses and income for the properties making documents at tax time complete, accurate and available. The Mercer portal is user friendly and kept up to date for all the information on maintenance requests and income/expense statements. There are more positives to this service than I can mention here but overall they get an A++ rating in my book. Very competent, reliable and dedicated and that is all anyone could ask for.
